Privacy

We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind. The site sets no cookies. It makes no requests to third-party services: the fonts, scripts and images are all served from shelo.com.au.

If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is kept in your own browser's local storage so the site remembers it next time. That setting never leaves your device and is not sent to us.

The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services in Sydney. Its servers keep standard access logs: the time of each request, the page requested, the browser type and the IP address it came from. We use these only to count traffic, such as how many times a page was viewed and the countries and browser types that visits came from, and they are deleted after 30 days.

If you send a message through our contact form, we receive the name, email address, message and, if you give it, the phone number you typed. They are delivered to us by email and used only to reply to you and deal with what you've asked. We keep your message only as long as we need it for that, and we never share it with anyone else.

To keep out automated spam, the form checks that it was filled in by a person, for example by how quickly it was submitted. No CAPTCHA puzzles and no third-party services are involved.

Each app we release has its own privacy policy that explains exactly what it does and doesn't collect. As each one launches, its policy will be listed here.
