Use the contact form on our home page. It goes straight to us, and we reply by email to the address you give.

The more of this you can tell us, the faster we can help:

• which app or service you're using, and its version if you can find it
• the device and operating system you're on
• what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and whether it happens every time
• a screenshot, if there's something to see

A person reads every message. We'll reply to let you know what we've found, and if it's a bug, we'll fix it in an update and tell you when it's out.

We won't ask you for anything we don't need to solve your problem, and we'll never use your message for anything else.
